My client is offering you a new challenge in the Fit-out construction industry. Do you have experience in estimating and procurement for retail and hospitality projects? If so, my client has the perfect role for you They are a leading nationwide Fit-out contractor, delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for a variety of clients. They work on diverse projects, from new build schemes to refurbishments, specialising in the Retail, Commercial and Hospitality sectors.

As an Estimator / Buyer, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing tenders, material take offs, variations, and final accounts for Fit-out projects.
- Working with the senior project delivery team to procure interior Fit-out packages.
- Obtaining quotes and placing orders.
- Using your mathematical skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency to analyse and solve problems.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings to produce material take offs and subcontract packages.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in estimating and procurement for Fit-out projects is desired but not vital.
- Knowledge of the retail and hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Ambition to grow and progress within a dynamic company.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A full UK Driving License.

Salary starting at £26,000 negotiable dependent on skill level and experience, provided in house training and development, mobile phone, and laptop
