- Capable of working autonomously and to make decisions, giving brides and customers confidence.

**Your responsibilities will be**:

- Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering a memorable 5 star customer experience.
- Meeting and greeting customers to the store
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and booking appointments
- Conducting bridal/bridesmaids dress & styling appointments
- Delivering a unique, friendly and discreet styling experience within the fitting rooms
- Dealing with brides & bridesmaids on a one to one basis and with large entourages
- Offering guidance on shape, fit, accessories and alterations
- Processing customer orders and dealing with payments/deposits
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
- Hang, tag and bag dresses
- Assisting senior sales consultants with appointments and admin
- Assisting the seamstress when required

**You will be offered a competitive Hourly Rate, with a commission and bonus structure allowing you to significantly increase your take home pay.**

**Physical Requirements**

Please be aware that lifting and carrying wedding dresses and dressing brides is a physically demanding job.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 14 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- retail: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Glasgow (required)
