An exciting opportunity to join a progressive and fast growing vehicle recovery business based in East London.

We are looking for recovery controllers/dispatchers to join our establishment, as self-employed contractors. If you are new to being self-employed, we can offer advice and guidance to get you started.

Duties include:

- Answering phone calls
- Organising accident/breakdowns recoveries
- Dispatching accident and breakdown jobs to drivers
- Organise day to day paperwork and filing
- Deal with customers, insurance companies and motoring organisations over the phone.
- Maintain log of stock and inventory.
- Supporting drivers when loading and unloading vehicles.
- General cleaning

Short term applicants need not apply, we are only looking for long term committed team members.

No experience required. Full training given. However, applicants with previous experience will have an advantage.

General knowledge of cars and roads around London will also be of an advantage. We are currently looking for night team members.

Times

Sunday 12PM to 10PM - Monday 9AM to 6PM Tuesday 12PM to 9PM - Wednesday 9AM to 6PM

**Salary**: From £11.11 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London E1 5DQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)
- Recovery Controlling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
