- Our chosen applicant will work directly with and support the Centre and Office Manager in the delivery of a first-rate daily administrative service. Additionally supporting the clinical output of the Department of Community Mental Health, Regional Occupational Health and Regional Rehabilitation Unit within the Bulford Healthcare Facility.
- They will have a key role in promoting a positive image of the Bulford Healthcare Facility to its patients and other users/visitors.**Responsibilities**:
Duties of the job can include but are not limited to
Undertaking the duties of receptionist and running the reception desk of the Bulford Healthcare Facility. Responding to telephone and face to face enquiries appropriately, booking appointments. You will be the first point of contact for all patients and visitors into the Bulford Healthcare Facility.
Ensuring all patients are treated with fairness, dignity and privacy always adhering to Diversity and Inclusion policies.
Ensuring that patient contact details are correct when arranging appointments and taking care of any queries and that any patient contact. This includes face to face, or telephone ensuring any written correspondence has an entry on Defence Medical Information Capability Programme (DMICP).
Undertaking the typing and despatch of medical board findings, medical proceedings and referral letters as appropriate and other appropriate Bulford Healthcare Facility typing requirements.
