This position is vital for creating a warm welcome for our customers, parking and manoeuvring cars and general logistics for the Dealership.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Dealership Driver & Logistics** team member at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklands, you will be responsible for creating a great first impression with customers, managing the car park, organising vehicle logistics and supporting the dealership with professionalism whilst upholding the Mercedes-Benz brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently plan timely deliveries
- Deliver and collect vehicles, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer queries and concerns
- Manage time effectively to adhere to schedule commitments
- Manging an efficient car park
- Working with colleagues in all departments and contractors
- Supporting the Dealership with general vehicle logistics

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a driving or logistics role
- Strong route planning abilities, with excellent knowledge of local road networks
- Exceptional driving skills with a clean UK driving licence
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
- Dependable and diligent with a self-motivated attitude
