**Accountable to**: Head of Quality Governance

The post will work as part of the integrated divisional governance team supporting activities across all areas of quality governance.

Working closely with the divisional quality governance team, the post will have particular responsibility for supporting the governance agenda.

**Specifically, the role will have responsibility for**:

- Supporting the Safety workstream; supporting services and the quality governance team in the management of incidents and Serious Incidents.
- Administrative support to the monthly service-line Quality Governance Meetings.
- Project support for the Divisional Governance Team.

Under the direction of the Divisional Head of Quality Governance, the post holder will work closely with clinicians and managers to promote, facilitate and advise on quality governance activity within all clinical areas, providing guidance and support with data analysis, report preparation and the presentation of findings.

Goodall Division is the largest division in the Trust which will offer the opportunity to gain expertise across a wide range of services as follows:

- CAMHS community (across 5 London Boroughs) and two inpatient units
- Eating Disorders (community-based and inpatient service)
- Community Physical Health (Adult and Children’s) Services in Camden, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster
- Hillingdon Mental Health services (inpatient and community-based)
- Specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation (Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Westminster and Surrey).

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Goodall Quality Governance Team for the post of Quality Governance Support (Band 5), to help assure the high quality and safe care that is delivered by our diverse range of services.

The role will mainly involve providing administrative support to the Quality Governance team on all areas of its business - patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience (as well as to the Divisional Head of Quality Governance). This includes minute taking, organising meetings and supporting with the preparation of information and data, following up on open actions with services and other duties appropriate to the grade.

You will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills, and experience in Microsoft packages particularly Word and Excel. Knowledge and experience of using systems like Datix and IQVIA (or similar) will be an advantage but not essential.
