We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at our Health Club in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, whilst working within a friendly environment and top quality facility.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering high quality service and strives to establish a friendly, courteous and helpful environment.

**The Role**:
**Contract -** Permanent, Part-time
**Hours -** 16 hours per week - Weekend work required
**Salary - **up to
- 10.42 per hour
**Location -** VOCO Reading, Select Car Leasing Stadium, RG2 0FL
**Reports to -** Health Club Manager
**Ideal Start Date -** As soon as possible

**Responsibilities**:

- Take treatment bookings and payments
- Answer membership and treatment enquiries
- Work closely with the therapy team to ensure a busy day runs like clockwork in our spa
- Support management to maximise revenue through proactive product sales and careful treatment diary management
- Provide information on services and most importantly, as their host, make our guests feel welcome and help them unwind during their stay
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and advice offered to clients
- Developing relationships and build rapports with new and existing clients
- Oversee check-ins and check-out of all our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell
- Proactively engage with guests, making sure every guest journey is positive and that their needs are met.
- Complete administrative tasks

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Strong communicator with attention to detail, excellent planning and organisation skills
- Relaxed willingness to respond to challenges with a 'can do' attitude
- Polite and courteous
- Confident with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication / personnel skills - both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Experience within a hotel or spa environment (Ideal)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £10.42 per hour
