Cpra Consultant

My client is a UK based data privacy consultancy which specialises in ensuring companies dealing with entities which fall under the CPRA regulations are compliant. They are looking for a Consultant to advise on designing processes and procedures for theirclients. There are a number of scheduled days which can be undertaken on an ad hoc basis to supplement / complement existing portfolios of work. The work will be based on but exclusively limited to;
- Assessing companies current and future sphere of operations to validate if they do fall under the remit of CPRA and prepare them accordingly by;
- Identifying the personal information collected about its customers
- Developing customer privacy notices
- Review contracts with service providers that receive and/or process customer personal information
- Establish internal procedures to receive, analyse, and honour data requests
- Future proofing data privacy controls to allow data to meet both UK and CPRA requirements

You will be an established data privacy specialist with knowledge of both GDPR and CPRA and an adept communicator and project manager to develop suitable polices and processes to provide bespoke solutions. The work is varied and can be undertaken on a flexibleworking / time arrangement, probably initially over the next 12 month period.
