**Working Monday to Friday - 08:00-16:00**, you'll have the stability and consistency you need to thrive in your role.

As the guardian of our Personnel Security policies, you'll manage risk assessments, NSV implementation, and Aftercare with finesse.

Your role? Ensuring compliance with IPSA requirements, UK Government standards, and relevant legislation.

From interpreting security controls to delivering overseas briefs, you'll be the linchpin in our security framework.

**Job Opportunity**
- Day to day management and delivery of Personnel Security policies, procedures, risk assessments and associated security processes.
- Responsible for implementation of National Security Vetting (NSV), through systematic liaison with UK Security Vetting (UKSV).
- Ensure that all Aftercare activities are managed and undertaken promptly and effectively, liaising with HR and welfare organisations within the company as necessary.
- Overall responsibility for pre-vetting checks (BPSS) and subsequent NSV processes. Deliver overseas security briefs, as appropriate, to security cleared staff travelling overseas.

**Essential Skills**
- **Must have ability to receive National Security Clearance at SC Level**:

- A minimum of 3 years-experience working with UK Personnel Security processes across all National Security Clearances, MOD and / or NATO security rules and regulations.
- Experience in the use of UKSV system (NSVS) relevant to staff, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Conversant with the BPSS process and capable of implementing and managing the process for numerous contractors and sub-contractors.
- Conversant with IPSA Accreditation and requirements of Aftercare and Aftercare reporting protocols.
- General understanding of Data Protection and GDPR principles
- Experience with the maintenance of vetting records and management of associated Personnel Security Risk Registers.
- Able to resolve conflicting priorities and escalations using own initiative.
- Good communication and database user skills, conversant with the use of Excel, Word and Microsoft 365.
