**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring profitability of foreign exchange bureau
- Achieving given foreign exchange targets, including set KPI’s
- Converting Hays Travel customers to purchase
- Maximising individual and team sales of foreign exchange
- always provide exceptional customer service
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the bureau

**What experience we are looking for?**
- Passionate about travel and tourism
- Good sales/target experience
- Customer focussed.
- Problem solving
- Team player
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills

**Shifts & Salary**:
**30 hours per week**

**9am
- 5.30pm - May include weekend work.**

**£9.55 per hour**
