**About the Role**

Every day at S&K is different and the role is wide and varied with work being spread across a wide geographical area including Scotland and the North East of England. You may be assisting our painter and decorators one day and working on our Response Unit assisting with drainage clearing or power jetting work the next. No two days are the same.

Occasional overtime working will be required during evenings or weekends and will be paid at the applicable overtime rates.

**About You**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, competent in problem solving with a can-do attitude. It is essential that you have the ability to work on your own, that you have a full, clean, driving license and that you have experience in either a construction or maintenance and repairs based environment.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Full, clean driving licence
- Previous experience in a similar operational role or environment
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Good IT and computer skills
- Able to maintain a high standard of organisation and administration
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible
- Good level of physical fitness
- Right to work within the UK

**Desirable**
- CSCS Card / Asbestos Awareness / IPAF / PASMA
- Working in Confined Space Training
- Working at Height Training
- Any other skills-based training
- Current PVG Certificate or willingness to apply

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
