Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for employees using various software systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and QuickBooks.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including data entry, calculations, and deductions.
- Review and analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies or errors and make necessary corrections.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to all relevant privacy regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll-related reports for management and auditors.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using payroll software systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills to review and analyze payroll data for accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to payroll processing.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large amounts of data.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments.
