Grafton Banks Finance Recruitment are partnering a prestigious brand within the education sector recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their growing team.This role will report to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager - International Marketsto deliver a high-quality finance service to the UK&I Market.The role offers great opportunity to make a substantial impact to the performance of the UK&I Market through both process and operational improvements by developing an in-depth understanding ofthe product and operational financial drivers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Play a key role in the organisation’s growth plans by providing expert financial and management accounting services.
- Understand the needs of Market Directors and budget holders building effective working relationships.
- Provide direction and robust challenge.
- Work with Market teams to achieve greater commercial insight.
- Oversee the general financial management of the Market and ensure the maintenance of accurate financial records, including reconciliation and processing of journals where necessary.
- Production of Market’s monthly management reporting packs including commentary and analysis of performance, variances, and trends.
- Provide regular and ad hoc insightful analysis for decision making including project and product performance reporting.
- Working closely in partnership with the Market and their team to carry out strategic reviews such as financial forecasting and annual budgeting, business cases and tenders.
