**Role Summary / Purpose and Scope**

The Cashier will work as part of the wider cashiering team to ensure all receipts are posted to their respective systems correctly and all payments are processed in a timely manner

**Skills, Knowledge and Values**:

- Processing of daily occupier and client receipts to their respective systems
- Process client payments and occupier refunds
- Processing of account transfers (IAT’s) using the relevant MAPP and Client banking systems
- Produce, reconcile, analyse daily & monthly control bank accounts, addressing any outstanding positions & backlogs
- Working with the Credit Control team on unallocated cash items and occupier coding
- Issuing communication to occupiers in accordance with MAPP procedures and legislative guidance regarding acceptance of payments
- Processing of cheques through a cheque management system and daily banking routine in line with banking procedures
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting MAPP policies and procedures, RICS and ISO standards and any statutory timelines and escalation requirements

Knowledge of Tramps, Yardi, Barclays an advantage

**Salary Range (Based on Experience)**

**£24,000 to £30,000 **per annum, depending on experience.
