**Handy Man**

AQL Property Services is a property services company operating in Nottingham, Derby & surrounding areas. We mainly deal with the maintenance of domestic rental properties & also renovating properties for investors. We are looking for someone to join our thriving team. we are looking for someone full time 5 days a week (would consider 3/4 days a week if these requirements could not be met)
- Perform plumbing work ie attend to leaking radiators, toilets, pipes etc & rectify.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on properties ie fencing, guttering & maintenance of gardens.
- Painting and decorating.
- Occasional unit replacements in kitchens and bathrooms
- Maintaining of bathrooms ie resealing around basins & edges.
- Tiling repairs
- PAT Testing would be desirable, we can give training on this if needed.
- Clearing out properties.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
- Carrying out EPC inspections (training will be given)
- Experience in renovating properties would be desirable

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license & own transport & tools although some tools will be provided For certain jobs if needed. Contributions will be made towards fuel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
