BCT has more than 500 young people per
year enrolled onto our various creative
courses. This includes our study programme,
based at our Uplands House and Digital
Futures campuses, as well as our
apprentices, trainees and adult learners, who
are based at Creative Works.
With a maximum of 15 spaces, **Big**
**Creative Independent School **is BCT’s
Alternate Provision school for 14-16-year
- olds (some of whom have previously had
negative experiences with formal
education). BCIS offers Maths, English
and Science, and re-engages learners
with Music and Media.
**Creative Works **is a flexible creative
workspace, based next to Blackhorse Road
station, for small and medium enterprises.
CW provides training rooms, work
opportunities and event spaces for local
businesses and learners alike.
We work with over 100 creative sector
employers and campuses are fitted with
industry-standard studios and professional
equipment. We also support learners to re
- take Maths and English, if needed.
**AEB Admin/Recruitment Officer**
**(BCT) Vacancy**
**Desirable Qualities / Skills**:

**Key Tasks**:
AEB
― To work toward achieving learner recruitment targets for AEB short courses
― Ensure correct paperwork is readily available in advance of AEB submission deadlines
― Work closely with the Head of Skills and Employment to ensure all new students are entered
onto registers & group profiles accurately and are able to undergo timely induction
― Ensure all successful applicants have complete eligibility paperwork on file prior to joining the
course and evidence is stored securely
― Maintain an efficient office administration process including general filing, supporting
documents, certificates, exit forms and more
― To audit learner files prior to course starting to ensure learner record meets the contractual
requirements
― To help maintain and develop the Management Information Systems (MIS) for AEB contract
including: 1.PICS 2. Arbor 3. Salesforce 4. GLA Cloud 5. Skills Gateway
MIS
― Collate information from recruitment system and enrolment paperwork in preparation for data
entry
― Check data is valid and meets funding eligibility requirements
― Enter data ahead of monthly data deadlines
― Participate in training provided by line manager
IQA
― Provide administrative support to the vocational team in registering learners
― Register learner on awarding body systems
― Maintain and update internal trackers
**Essential Qualities / Skills**:
― Extremely organised and able to manage your own workload effectively and flexibly
― Understanding of Marketing and recruitment principles
― Good Excel skills
― Flexibility in working across teams within the company
**Essential Qualifications**:
― Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent (Level 2)
