As a Product Sales Specialist in our Medical Solutions Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.- Leading the sales strategy on your territory selling products that make a difference to patients’ lives- Executing 3M surgical solutions value proposition targeting operating theatres- Driving utilization of the 3M/KCI product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.- Developing and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (surgeons, procurement category leads, anesthetist, theatre managers, clinical procurement and any other stakeholders who impact your portfolio across your territory).- Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and usage- Supporting customers with wound care knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.- Working with key accounts such as Guys and St Thomas’s and Great Ormond Street.

Your Skills And Expertise- Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential- Clinical/sales experience of Operating Theatre solutions/products- Post-high school degree or equivalent required- Ability to manage key customers and drive contract reviews across your territory- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Team player with strong inter-personal skills- Commercial acumen with a desire to develop skillset in health economics and value-based procurement.- Develop account plans and manage your pipeline demonstrating a clear business directive for your territory

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Medical or clinical background- Good knowledge of the NHS in this area- Analytical - driven by data

Sales Territory: Havering, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Newham, Croydon, Sutton & Merton, Southwark, Lambeth, Kingston, Richmond, City and Hackney, Hounslow, Harrow, Brent, Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster.

Remuneration

Salary - £high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
