Outdoor Education Support Assistant:

The setting is a school for children who learn within mainstream National Curriculum expectations but who experience difficulties arising from communication and interaction. Many of the pupils have a diagnosis of SEMH needs. The school is a calm, friendly and exciting place to work with superb space and facilities, a committed and welcoming team of staff and strong, supportive management.

Attributes needed:

- A passion for supporting SEN students
- Personal participation in outdoor and adventurous activities
- English and Maths GCSE at grade C/4 or equivalent
- Experience of youth work or working with emotional, learning, and behavioural difficulties
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle
