We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Lead Test Specialist to join our Agile Testing Team. As a Lead Test Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the Agile Scrum Test Team and shaping the Test Strategy across solution build activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively plan and execute work within the team, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and timely delivery to both internal and external customers.
- Take ownership of a specialist service, adhering to internal and external processes, procedures, timescales, and expectations.
- You will be responsible for managing testing within Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
- Create and manage a test improvement and optimisation plan in the Agile Testing space, identifying key enhancements, maintaining a backlog, and driving an action plan for improvement activities.
- Influence the overall Test Strategy for solution build activities, including setting test standards and quality metrics to measure outcomes against defined criteria.
- Foster transparent communication within the Agile Test team, encompassing planning, scheduling, performance monitoring, and investigation of test requirements and problems.

**Skills and Experience**:

- ISTQB/ISEB Certificate in Software Testing or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Strong industry knowledge in QA practices.
- Extensive hands-on experience in managing and conducting various testing phases, including integration, system, performance, regression, operational, and user testing.
- Excellent understanding of IT technical environments, test tools, techniques, and methods.
- Proficiency in planning and scripting test activities.
- Experience contributing to test strategies and influencing the team's vision and direction.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing test team to support agile scrum teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop capabilities for agile scrum-based testing, quality assurance for third-party initiatives, test automation for regression and UAT suites, and ongoing maintenance of automation.
- Implement robust processes and best practices to ensure high-quality testing in the Agile space.
