**Finance Manager - Eastleigh - £55,000 - £60,000 + bonus - Hybrid role working from home 2 days per week.**

The Finance Manager will have managerial oversight of the central management accounts, the Bought Ledger and Credit control teams. The role will have oversight on the monthly management accounts, take a lead on tax, whilst also preparing the statutory accountsand taken a lead on the annual Audit.

**Finance Manager duties include**:

- Managerial responsibility for financial accountant and credit control manager
- Lead on all statutory reporting, including improving reporting processes and templates
- Lead on tax reporting and regulation, annual audit and tax computations
- Responsible for the monthly management account and KPI reporting
- Ensure regular reporting for external stakeholders is met
- Involved in central plan and forecasting
- Regular review of central cost base with cost centre heads
- Managing the financial operation of the organisation, manage financial risk and control financial governance
- Deliver timely and accurate information to facilitate strategic and operational decisions
- To be accountable for the optimisation of the organisation's assets and capital
- Manage company insurance policies to meet requirements
- To operate as the companies Money Laundering Officer

**Qualifications and experience required**
- Qualified accountant: ICAEW, CIMA or ACCA
- Challenging approach to work (looking to drive improvements through an understanding of root causes and how they can be effectively implemented)
- Strong planning, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt own approach and priorities in line with changing business needs / priorities
