Job Role: Customer Service Assistant

Hours per week: Day shifts minimum of 5 shifts per week.

6hr shifts Monday - Saturday.

8hr shift Sunday.

Night shifts Minimum of 3 12hr shifts per week.

Hourly rate: £11.50 date rate £13.00 night rate

Shift pattern (if applicable)Days (mornings/evenings) you must be fully flexible from Monday - Saturday : Morning (10am - 4pm) and Evening (4pm - 10pm) Shifts. Sunday is an 8hrs shift.

Nights you must be able to work the Night Shift from 10pm - 10am.

LECHJOKE Ltd is a family run chain of Adult Gaming Centres in the South West.

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and conscientious members of staff to work in our Adult Gaming Centres at our sites Baileys Amusements in Barnstaple & Riviera Slots in Paignton. This will include evening, Night shifts, weekend and bank holiday working. Applicants must be aged 18+, due to licensing restrictions.

Working as part of a team, whilst having the initiative to work on your own, you will ensure that each and every guest receives an exceptional experience whilst visiting with us.

You would be expected to:

- Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong worth ethic.
- Handle cash quickly, accurately and responsibly.
- Provide a friendly and efficient service with great customer service (You are the face of the company)
- Keep the premises clean and tidy at all times.
- Comply with all regulatory rules and company policies and procedures
- Provide refreshments for customers
- Work in all areas within the arcade area as needed.

Applicants will be well presented, friendly and numerate and possess excellent customer service skills. Experience within retail or amusement arcades is preferred.

Earn up to £11.50ph day shifts & £13ph night shifts

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
