Join Airband's dynamic Sales Division as a Field Sales Advisor and make a difference to rural communities This role is a 80% field based across the **Gloucestershire/South West/Devon Region.**

**Field Sales Advisors - basic salary £25K to £30K depending on experience with a realistic OTE of 50K + car allowance **

Moving into 2023 we have some exciting plans for growth and development within Airband. To stay ahead of the game our Sales Team team are a vital part of the business and paramount to our customer journey and experience.

As a Field Sales Advisor you will spent 80% of your time developing and engaging with rural communities providing a really vital sales journey, This is a business to customer position and will involve door to door sales you will also on occasions be based at our Droitwich Head office or working remotely.
- If you are a great negotiator and have the skills and resilience to guide, advise and deliver a first class service we would be keen to hear from you.
- If you are familiar with Salesforce CRM this would be advantageous as you will also need to be methodical in terms of sales delivery, quantifying performance and overcoming objections.
- As a Field Sales Advisor you have the opportunity to really make a difference to Rural Communities by using the expert technical training we offer you.

**What are we looking for in our Field Sales Advisor**
- Exceptional communication and resilience with a broad range of individuals
- Experience in Telecoms, ISP, Utilities is advantageous but not crucial as training will be given
- A background in targeted sales in alignment with deadlines, KPI’s and measurable results.
- Salesforce CRM or experience with a Client Management System,
- The ability to create strong links with Field Sales Team, Sales and Retention Team, internally with other departments to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
- Self motivated, driven by targets and keen to provide service excellence,
- You will need to develop relationships with people who currently have poor broadband so patience is crucial along with the ability to deliver technical detail and advice on product solutions.
