- **Residential home for disabled adults with complex needs and physical disabilities**
- **Must hold an Adult DBS registered to the update service**
- **Immediate Start**

An amazing charity-led residential home and day centre in South Croydon is seeking 3 experienced Disability Support Workers to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is a truly inspiring and rewarding place to work - you will be warmly welcomed and form genuine positive relationships with your colleagues and service users. You will be integral to helping the service users live a fulfilling and enriching life, despite their barriers.

The day centre and residential home are located within the same grounds and have fantastic facilities, including a brand-new hydrotherapy pool, sensory rooms, art room and more. The philosophy of this charity is to empower residents to live the most fulfilling life and offer them opportunities to develop new skills, gain new experiences and follow their interests by attending social groups and community trips.

**MUST HAVE**
- Manual handling and hoisting experience - ideally a certificate dated within 12 months, if not one will need to be completed.
- Personal care experience
- Strong experience with disabled adults, not just elderly/domiciliary care

**BENEFICIAL TO HAVE**
- PEG feeding/feeding devices, oral suction, tracheostomy, stoma care.
- Epilepsy/seizure care
- Safeguarding course dated within 12 months, if not one will need to be completed.
- Non-verbal experience - Makaton/Signing
- Physiotherapy
