The successful individual will be proficient in all aspects of the retrofit coordination role.

Paradigm Property Solutions Ltd. delivers a wide range of energy saving technologies, across the UK, under the ECO 4 and GBIS schemes in partnership with other organisations.

This work load is increasing on a monthly basis and we are looking for an experienced coordinator to join an already well established technical team of retrofit assessors.

Working on the Elmhurst and pas hub frame works.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting various projects and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This is a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating and managing project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
- Conduct research and gather relevant information for projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide administrative support to the team as required

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using Civil 3D software
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
