Hotel Reservationist

We are looking for highly motivated professional Reservationists to join our team at The Mitre Hotel.

We have transformed the Mitre Hotel into glamorous restaurants, cocktail bars, an enchanting river terrace and orangery, a quirky library and elegantly styled bedrooms.

We are looking for individuals with bags of energy, and most importantly the ability to deliver the highest possible standards of customer service.

You will
- Be charming, passionate and enthusiastic, taking pride in what you do.
- Be passionate about offering standards of excellence to our guests.
- Have a natural ability for delivering a warm and friendly welcome.
- Be a friendly people person and possess excellent communication skills
- Be happy to work alone with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team
- Have the desire to work in a fast paced and energetic workplace
- Be looking for career progression through our training and support
- Be immaculately groomed to give the best possible first impression of The Mitre Hotel
- Have experience in a similar role.
