Tudor Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bloxwich, WS2.

You will be working as a Quality Checker in a busy, fast-paced, refrigerated environment. The client produced fresh and frozen meat produce.

Previous experience in a food production environment or quality inspection role would be advantageous.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Are you the right person for this role? The Quality Checker will:

- Be comfortable handling chicken and pork produce
- Be happy working in a chilled environment
- Be able to work in accordance with food hygiene and safety procedures
- Preferably, have experience in a meat production environment or quality inspection
role

What will I be doing? Duties of the Quality Checker will include:

- Loading processed and packaged meat produce
- Manal handling and heavy lifting
- Working to client specifications
- Completion of hygiene audits
- Logging product checks on internal systems
- Report failures to management

What are the hours of work?

This is a full-time vacancy, working on average 40 hours per week. Usual working hours are 6AM-finish. Overtime is payable after 42hours.

What is the rate of pay?

The Quality Checker will be paid at a rate of £9.50/hour, with scope to review.
