**Job Purpose**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Entering data accurately onto computer systems efficiently within agreed timescales
- Organising multinational insurance documents for data processing
- Liaising with London clients, ensuring there are no discrepancies
- Entering information from a variety of insurance documents onto the database
- Working closely with your team, to ensure that the work is completed to the agreed time scale.
- Logging any errors, and ensuring all information is accurate
- Raising queries, and liaising with clients in London on a regular basis
- Develop strong client relationships in order to contribute to the growth of the business
- Using Excel on a regular basis to compose formulas and look ups
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills
- Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A*-C including Maths and English
- The ability to problem solve
- Eager to build a lasting career with a fantastic organisation
- Willing to learn and develop their skills.
