**Driver / Concierge
- Required for our Care & Nursing Homes, covering the Bedfordshire Area**

**Hours: 37.5 Hours per week**

**ABOUT THE DRIVER / CONCIERGE ROLE**
You will have several local Homes to drive for, planning effectively with each Home to maximise its use in a fair and agreeable rota, helping our Residents to and from their destination with ease.
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents
- Make sure our residents are safe and comfortable on the journeys.
- Responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the Minibus & reporting any issues
- Keep the minibus clean & tidy and to a high standard

Are you kind-hearted, calm under pressure, patient and knowledgeable in driving? Are you courteous, respectful and have a genuine enthusiasm for driving and looking after our Residents? Are you a people person? If you are, then we want you to join our Family here at Country Court Care.

- Have a friendly & caring attitude
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for driving
- Have an understanding of people with Dementia.
- Experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential
- For insurance reasons, our drivers must be over 25 years of age and have a FULL UK Driving License for 2 years or more and this must include category D1, with no serious driving convictions
