**Communications & Events Co-ordinator / Admin**

**The Company**
Mission Aviation Fellowship UK (MAF) is a Christian organisation that, for over 75 years, has been flying light aircraft over remote locations around the world. Our efforts have enabled more than 2,000 aid, development and mission organisations to provide emergencyrelief, long-term development and Christian hope to remote communities.
We utilise the power of aviation and technology to reach isolated people in need around the globe as we believe nothing should stop people from receiving the essentials of life no matter how remote they are.
By helping to link communities isolated from today’s 'connected world’, we are ensuring that the severity of medical emergencies, natural disasters, conflict and famine are reduced and the light of God now shines brightly there.
We are currently seeking a Communications and Events Co-ordinator / Admin to join our MAF in the Community (MIC) team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 36 hours per week.
**The Benefits**:

- Salary of £25,800 per annum

- Close-down from Christmas Eve to New Year with non-public-holidays as additional leave
- Non-contributory pension scheme (10%) salary, employees may make voluntary additional contributions
- Flexible working policy
This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative professional looking for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the world by joining our excellent organisation.
In this highly rewarding role, your work will contribute directly to our organisation’s continued success, meaning that communities across the world that depend on our organisation will benefit from your hard work.
So, if you’re looking for the opportunity to develop your skill set in a friendly and welcoming team, this is the perfect opportunity
**The Role**
As a Communications & Events Co-ordinator / Admin, you will support the co-ordination of our MIC events, communications and fundraising activities.
Taking responsibility for our volunteer online resources, you will ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date across our social media, advertising, e-news and volunteer intranet.

Additionally, you will:

- Support the development and delivery of community fundraising plans
