- Due to impressive organic growth this role will support Independent Financial Advisers and clients with the administration and coordination of financial advice that includes pension, retirement, protection and wealth planning.
- **Role requirements**
Providing support and administrative duties for Financial Advisers / Planners
Supporting new and existing business including investments and pensions
Obtaining quotes & valuations
Action transactions including fund switches
Preparing documentation for client meetings
Submitting business cases to providers
Responding to client enquiries
Liaising with providers and third party stakeholders
Updating back office systems

Skills gained providing admin support to IFA’s or Financial Consultants
Organisational skills and ability prioritise workloads
Be professional and offer good communications skills both written & verbal
