Premises Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Premises Supervisor to work alongside our Premises Team to support the development of our facility and assist in planning in order to improve the environment for students, staff and other organisations who use our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security and confidentiality, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
- Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
- Recognise own strengths and areas of expertise and use these to advise and support others.
- Assist in the supervision, training and development of staff.
- Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Establish constructive relationships and communication with contractors and other agencies/professionals.
- To be responsible, in conjunction with appropriate Line Manager for the administration and control of appropriate areas of the budget.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an equivalent role within a school or similar setting.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and precautions.
- Working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
- Good numeracy/literacy skills to GSCE standard.

Pay: £24,294.00-£29,269.00 per year
