Bringing it to the role._**

The **Repairs & Maintenance Partner **will be responsible for maintaining the company owned restaurants in their region (North/South) to a best-in-class standard and sharing the learnings with franchise partners across the 1000+ restaurants across the UK&I. Developing relationships and contributing to your team. The role will unlock process improvement by championing business operations, whilst developing new systems and procedures.

The **Repair & Maintenance Partner **will report to the** Repairs & Maintenance Lead **and plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between the R&P Team and restaurants, building critical relationships to ensure that all decisions and actions are considerate of field teams to maximise success.

This role will be a field-based role working across the UK&I.

What you’ll do_**
- Execute the Repairs and Maintenance strategy.
- Responsible for statutory compliance, regarding buildings and equipment across the Region.
- Ensure the repairs and maintenance budget is adhered to.
- Oversee the building & equipment maintenance and repairs for the region.
- Work with the innovation teams to facilitate innovation trials and new concepts.
- Provide coaching to our amazing teams in field operations to get the most out of the equipment and feedback key learnings to cross-functional partners to support strategic direction.
- Roll out key learnings and strategic projects to the region.
- Partner with external equipment suppliers and contractors on key projects.
- Overseeing renovations & refurbishments.
- Produce regular reports on budget and compliance for the region with tangible actions for improvement.

**_What we’d love from you_**

EXPERIENCE
- Facilities management background or Mechanical Engineering.
- Good level of operational and people & culture knowledge.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format.

ABOUT YOU
- Degree is preferred, but not critical to the role.
- BIFM or CIBSE membership desirable.
- A practical self-starter & natural problem solver who will relish the unique opportunity to be responsible for both the building and the equipment used to make our Finger Lickin’ Good Chicken.
