Order Processor

**Window Warehouse** is based in **Farlington, Portsmouth**. We are a busy and popular window and door manufacturer.
We are currently seeking an **Order Processor **to join our team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Processing orders **on the inhouse system
- **Organisation and control of orders** to ensure that each one is processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- **Checking informatio**n with the Technical Department
- **Dealing with suppliers** on non-standard items
- Liaising closely with the Operations, Finance and Sales Teams throughout the life cycle of orders including dispatch.
- You will also be expected to support the team in other administrative duties as required.

**Personal Specification**:

- To be highly **efficient and organised**,
- An **excellent eye for detail** and excellent communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- The ability to manage a pressurised workload will also be essential requirements for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, with **quarterly bonus incentive.**

Full Time

Monday-Friday

8.00am - 4.30pm

28 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays)
