**Our Gadbrook Park office is looking for a full or part time legal secretary to support the Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution teams.**

**Hours**: Full or part time - hours negotiable.

**Purpose of Role**: Working to providing high level, comprehensive, administrative and secretarial support to our Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution teams.

**Responsible to**: Partner

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General administration of files, to include, amongst other things; opening new files, input of data in to the database, filing.
- Preparation of documents and typing, both dictation and copy work.
- Transcription of digital dictation and copy work.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of all matters dealt with.
- Maintain high professional standards, confidence and integrity.
- Such other tasks as the firm may from time to time require.

**Experience**: Experience in secretarial role is preferred

**Knowledge / Skills**:

- Appropriate keyboard skills.
- Attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and courteously and convey information accurately.
- Work calmly and accurately under pressure.
- Prioritise tasks.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technology

**Qualities**:

- Discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment
- Pleasant, approachable and polite
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Highly motivated
