Prevention Youth Worker

This role will play a central part in supporting Youth Cymru’s prevention and early intervention work, with the aim of preventing offending and reoffending for 11-25-year-olds. It will include managing a case load, working with young people who have been or are at risk of violence and crime, providing personal development planning, training, accreditation and employment/education support. Working through 1 to 1 coaching, mentoring and small group sessions this post will support the positive engagement of young people working to remove barriers to employment, education and training for individual young people at risk of offending or reoffending.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
