Solar Installation Supervisor

We are looking for experienced Site Supervisor. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is already in an site based installation or operations position to branch into Solar Panels.

Pro-Fit Green Energy is an exciting new company embarking into the world of Renewable Energy whilst we continue expanding at a rapid rate and to meet the demand of customers and contracts won, we are looking to bring some likeminded individuals on board. **The role**

You will be primarily field based, with a focus on site execution. Assisting the Site Manager to oversee the operational side of the business. You will be carrying out supervisor duties as such but not limited to - Checks and inspections, signing off worksheets, Overseeing materials orders are complete and available, organising workloads, dealing with Health & Safety items and promoting awareness.

With the understanding you may have to travel to other sites when required.

Wage will be depending on experience, knowledge and skillset.

**About you**
- Strong knowledge in Solar PV knowledge is desirable, but essential.
- Proven experience in contracting works in either residential or commercial sectors.
- Proven experience in leadership and/or management.
- You will have a keen eye to details.
- Ability to work autonomously and take overall responsibility for the onsite team.
- Always ensure works are compliant with industry standards.
- Always maintain health and safety standards.
- Full driving license
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - With clients/customers.
- Motivated, driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- To remain calm, focused and can adapt to overcome issues onsite.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
