Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within the Motor Industry. We are currently searching for an Aftersales Advisor. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The main responsibilities for the Aftersales Advisor are as follows:

- Liaise between customers, parts department and workshop
- Communicate with customers to answer all enquiries on parts
- Upsell products and services
- Ensure all parts are ordered accurately, checked and stored in correct locations
- Report any damages or stock discrepancies to manager
- Make arrangements for courtesy vehicles
- Keep customers and other departments updated on progress of works
- Deal with warranty claims
- Have previous experience within a Customer Service role
- Be highly organised
- Have a good level of attention to detail
- Understand the importance of deadlines
- Be available to work rotational Saturdays

Salary and Benefits:

- £24k - £26.5k basic plus uncapped commission (OTE £30k)
