The Mercure Sheffield Kenwood Hall Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a professional Night Auditor

Part of the Accor family and located on the outskirts of the City centre, Kenwood Hall is a leading four-star hotel in Sheffield City Centre. With 114 bedrooms, a Leisure Club & Spa, as well as 12 acres of beautiful grounds, Kenwood Hall is a magnificent historic building and an ideal venue for a wide range of conference, banqueting and celebrations.

Reporting to the Night Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming guests into the hotel, dealing with enquiries both via the telephone and in person and taking reservations. As a Night Auditor you will be ensure that our high levels of service are maintained throughout the night shift.

You must be well presented, enthusiastic and you must pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service and go beyond guest’s expectations at all times.

This is a challenging hands-on role within a fast moving environment that offers good career opportunities for the right person.
