Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. You will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

**Duties**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, and intellectual development
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities for young children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Skills**:

- Passion for safeguarding and working with young children
- Patience and understanding
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £23,795.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 45 per week
