Yard Supervisor

We are a family run, agricultural business, specialising in wheat processing. We work with local farms and mills, and sell to various cereal customers throughout the country.

We are looking for someone to fill the below position;
- Supervising a small team; including organising job lists, ensuring everyone is working as a team and working together to get the job done.
- Keeping the Yard fully operational, tidy and efficient. Keeping a close relationship with the office team and liaising throughout the day about stock levels and storage capacity.
- Operating forklifts and loaders - shunting around the yard.
- Loading and tipping lorries

We need Monday - Friday cover. Ideally 07:30 - 17:00

You will need a FULL UK Driving License.

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- agricultural: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
