Brewing Assistant

**Position**:Brewing Assistant

**Location**:Clay Cross

**Reports to**:Head Brewer

**Job Summary**:
Assisting in the brewing process onsite at the brewery. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

- Brewing beer along side our Head Brewer
- Moving and collating casks
- Cleaning casks
- Cleaning the brewing drums, hopper and vats.
- Labelling and organising finished casks and collating that information into the system
- Accepting deliveries of materials

Qualifications:

- No qualifications are required for this position all training is done onsite.
- we are looking for enthusiasm and the willing to work and complete the tasks assigned in the most efficient way possible.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
