Chapel House Care LTD is a well established care organisation in South Wirral, not far off the Chester High Road (A540). We provide care to people with a diagnosis of Dementia in two homes. We provide exceptional levels of care with our friendly and dedicated staff striving to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.

We seek an experienced, highly motivated and professional person who will perform an assistant administrator role, being an integral part of our team.

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, but also demonstrate the ability to use your initiative and work well when a supervisor isn't present.

You must have previous office based experience and preferably a business administration qualification, though this is not essential. You must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You must have good literacy and numeracy skills.

This role is important to use as you may be the first point of contact for families or other people ringing the organisation. You must have a good telephone manner.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and/or directing calls appropriately
- Making telephone calls as directed by the Director or Registered Manager
- Filing and scanning of records
- Inputting data
- Typing letters or reports as appropriate
- Diary management as appropriate
- Minute taking as appropriate

**Salary**: £9.18-£9.60 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
COVID-19 considerations:
You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, having both doses and be willing to have the booster when offered.
You must be willing to participate in regular Covid testing, as directed by the Director or Home Manager.
