**Position: Retrofit Assessor (ECO4 Scheme)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed assessments of residential properties to identify energy-saving opportunities under the ECO4 scheme.
- Complete between 5-10 assessments per week, providing thorough and accurate reports on potential retrofitting measures.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of the ECO4 scheme and how they can improve their energy efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with ECO4 scheme requirements, retrofitting technologies, and best practices in energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to all regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- ECMK Accredited
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in energy assessment or similar fields.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Birmingham area.
