We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating with tenants, and achieving targets.

Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills will be key to successfully agreeing deals and maximising revenue.

This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals and networking.
- Actively engage with leads and clients to understand their needs, provide information, and conduct viewings.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their budget, preferences, and any specific requirements, tailoring proposals and offers accordingly.
- Negotiate tenancies and terms in the best interests of the client.
- Handle objections and concerns raised by clients and tenants, addressing them effectively and providing suitable solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process, keeping them updated on progress, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Lettings and Property Management, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, client interactions, and relevant documentation in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new lettings opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- This is a trainee role so no previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, or a similar sales role is necessary.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
- Ability to effectively handle objections, resolve conflicts, and find win-win solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, as well as a good understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A valid driver's license, access to car, and willingness to travel to meet clients as required.
