You will be working in our Global Headquarters which is set amongst the rolling hills of the South Downs, an inspirational environment for our staff.

**Function**:
To welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. To maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges; book travel. To support the Csuite and Employee Services with general administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers/internal contacts/VIP visitors at front of house
- General office duties as and when required and carry out administration duties
- Answering all variety of calls in a professional manner - including: redirecting, taking messages and assisting customers.
- Liaise with internal departments as the nature of the specific task may require
- Support Csuite with days to day requirements

**Requirements**:

- Have administration experience within an office environment and reception experience preferred
- Be friendly and approachable, discreet and confidential
- Be able to work on own initiative, prioritise and manage workloads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Good computer literacy, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,457.00-£22,534.00 per year
