RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR (part-time)

Due to recent staff movement, Auchtermuchty Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated person to join our friendly and energetic team 12hrs per week.

As part of the Administration Team you will contribute to the smooth running of the practice in a number of possible roles, but predominately within the reception area. You will be expected to be a friendly and efficient interface for the practice, working as part of the Practice Team to provide the best possible assistance to patients. As well as direct patient contact, other duties also include assisting in record management and working with several software systems.

Whilst we will require a certain amount of flexibility during staff annual leave, the regular hours of work are as follows:
Monday 08:00 - 12:00

Wednesday 14:00 - 18:00

Friday 08:00 - 12:00
