Day to day, you will:

- Meet and greet customers who visit the service department.
- Book vehicles in and out of the workshop according to their visit schedule
- Be the main point of contact between the workshop team and your customer, effectively translating workshop diagnosis into clear, relatable information that your customer understands.
- Ensure your customers are kept up to date every step of the way while their car is with us, including quoting for additional works that may be identified along the way.
- Seek opportunities to upsell, while remaining realistic, commission is uncapped
- Support others around the business by performing to the best of your ability.
- Be part of the reason our customers keep on coming back
- Is positive, punctual, presentable, hardworking and driven
- Is ready for a challenge in a very busy department, where your efforts are rewarded - commission is uncapped
- Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has experience in a Customer Service Advisor role within the Automotive Industry
- Has Sales experience
- Has experience using 1Link / epyx (desirable, not essential)
- Excels in customer service - you always go above and beyond to make people happy
- Can manage their own busy workload as well as performing as part of a tight-nit team
- Thrives and remains calm under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines
- Would have experience in the motor trade, as well as sales - neither are necessary but would be advantageous

Key requirements:

- Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor within the Automotive Industry
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- A desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to learn and use specialist computer-based systems

Working pattern:
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm

1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm
