Responsibilities: - Perform various physical labor tasks as assigned - Assist with loading and unloading materials - Operate hand and power tools as necessary - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area - Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Basic knowledge of hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Excellent teamwork and communication skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. **Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Petersfield (preferred)
