**About us**

Meadowcroft is a detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. The home supports 4 individuals aged 43 to 62, with Epilepsy, Autism and some mobility needs. The home consists of 4 bedrooms, a large living room, fully fitted kitchen/dining room and a large back garden to the rear, and this is enjoyed throughout the year by those who reside in the service.

Walsingham Support are a charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs across England and Wales since 1986. We pride ourselves on putting the individuals we support at the centre of everything that we do. We do this by delivering specifically tailored support for every individual we work with.

We recruit based on values - you do not need to have experience, as we provide all the training required However, for this role, you must have a **full UK driving license.**

**FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE**
- As a valued member of our team, **Support Workers** are key to helping us deliver the quality of life people with disabilities deserve.
- **Support Workers** do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centered care, tailored to the needs of each individual.
- You’ll be working from care plans, supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, to emotional support, social interactions or activities in their communities.
- By joining us as a **Support Worker**, you will help support the values of making a genuine difference.
- Our **Support Worker **pay rate of **£10.00** per hour.
