An experienced Relocation Services Consultant is required to fulfil a full-time permanent position, within a globally renowned relocation management company.

Hybrid working, 1 day per week in the office.

**The required skills and experience**:

- Prior work experience in a relocation service provider
- Sound destination service knowledge
- Relocation case management
- Ability to multitask
- Strong IT and organisation skills
- Understanding of Tenancy management preferred
- International work or studying preferred

**Main duties and core responsibilities**:

- Full case management of relocation files.
- Coordinating end to end destination services including conducting accommodation assessment reviews.
- Arranging home and school search services.
- Booking temporary accommodation.
- Providing on-going support and settling in services to relocators.
- Initiate services inline with client relocation policy.
- Creating tenancy and renewal agreements.
- Supporting utilities set up.
- Partner with household goods movers for move management.
- Deliver high-touch customer services.
- Ensure data and records management.
- Take a 'team effort' approach and support other teams with relocation case management as needed.
- Communicate ideas for improvement and development to the Relocation Manager.
